Tell Us Your Cleaning Priorities

Client is paying for a set number of hours.

  • During this priority clean, the client will provide a list of their priorities for our cleaning technicians to focus on.
  • Our team will complete as much as possible from the list within the scheduled time.
  • The client understands that bathrooms, kitchens, and floors are usually the most time-consuming areas of a home, and if all of these are included in the list, there is a chance that not everything will be completed.
  • The client agrees that this will not be a complete house cleaning.
  • The client also agrees that they are waiving our standard satisfaction guarantee due to the time-limited nature of this service.
  • The priorities listed below will be the main focus for our cleaning team on the day of service.
  • These priorities can only be modified by the person who booked the appointment, and that client agrees to be responsible for full payment, communication, and upholding this agreement.

If the client does not provide a list of priorities, Essential Pro Cleaning’s technicians will begin with bathrooms, then move to the kitchen, and then to floors, completing as much as possible in the time allowed.

Priority cleans do not include the inside of refrigerators, ovens, or windows. When scheduling a priority clean, the number of hours booked is the amount that will be charged even if the technicians finish the priority list early. However, if additional time is needed, we can usually extend the appointment on the same day, depending on availability.

Priority Cleaning Rates:

  • $140 minimum for 1 technician, up to 2 hours
  • $180 minimum for 1 technician, up to 3 hours
  • $235 minimum for 1 technician, up to 4 hours
  • $340 minimum for 2 technicians, 3 total hours (6 labor hours)
  • Any time over the booked hours will be charged at $58 per labor hour, billed in 15-minute increme
