Our cleaning hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We provide a one-hour arrival window for all appointments. While we make every effort to arrive on time, traffic, weather, and delays from previous appointments may affect our schedule.
We offer one-time and recurring cleanings. Recurring services include weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly options. Booking on a regular schedule helps keep your home consistently clean and secures your preferred time slot.
We work with both solo cleaners and teams. While we strive to send the same cleaner each visit, this cannot be guaranteed due to staff availability, holidays, or schedule changes. All cleaners are trained, insured, and background-checked.
Tipping is not required but is greatly appreciated by our cleaners. Tips can be given in cash or added to your invoice.
You do not need to be home during the cleaning as long as we have access instructions. Please ensure any alarm systems are turned off or codes are provided. Pets should be secured to avoid accidental escapes or stress during service.
If you’re not completely satisfied with your cleaning, notify us within 24 hours. We will return to re-clean the missed areas at no additional cost. Refunds are not issued for completed cleanings.
We may take before-and-after photos for quality assurance or marketing purposes. No personal belongings or identifying features will be photographed. If you prefer not to have photos taken in your home, please notify us.
Our team reserves the right to refuse service if the home is unsafe, unsanitary, or if there are hazards such as aggressive pets, active infestations, hoarding conditions, or biohazards. Service will also be denied if smoking, drug use, or harassment occurs on site.
Accidents can happen. Please report any damage within 24 hours of service. Items valued over $150 are not covered by our breakage policy and should be secured or removed from cleaning areas. We do not accept liability for pre-existing damage or for items not disclosed prior to cleaning.
To cancel or reschedule, we require at least 24 hours’ notice.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the service fee.
Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged the full service fee.
Refunds are not provided for completed services.
For recurring clients, skipped services will be charged the full regular rate at the next cleaning. This is due to additional time and effort required to clean the space after a missed visit.
We love pets, but for everyone’s safety, please secure them during service. We do not clean litter boxes, pet waste, or areas affected by animal accidents.
While we do our best to remove dust and hair, some may remain due to static, airflow, or surface type. We do not guarantee complete hair removal from fabrics or textured surfaces.
Water and electricity must be available during cleaning. If utilities are not available, we cannot complete the service and the full fee will be charged.
Please tidy surfaces like floors, countertops, and tables before our arrival. We do not offer decluttering or organization services, and excessive clutter may limit our ability to clean effectively.
We do not wash dishes or clean inside dishwashers. Please clear sinks and counters of dishes before cleaning to ensure access to all kitchen areas.
We do not provide carpet steam cleaning, stain removal, or deep treatment services. Basic vacuuming is included for carpeted areas.
Hard water stains, mineral deposits, or older buildup may not be fully removable. We will clean these areas to the best of our ability, but results vary depending on age and severity.
Porous materials such as unsealed stone, tile grout, or natural wood may not come fully clean. Stains, residue, or discoloration may remain even after cleaning.
We do not clean mold or mildew. These require professional remediation services and cannot be safely handled during a regular cleaning.
We do not offer:
Biohazard or bodily fluid cleanup
Pest removal
Hoarding cleanup
Exterior window cleaning
Organization or decluttering services
Appliance disassembly or deep appliance repair
Chimney sweeping or gutter cleaning
Washing dishes or laundry
