8. Will you leave fresh linens out for us to change? (One set of sheets is included for the master bed. Please leave them on top of the bed, as our cleaners are not authorized to open closed or personal spaces to look for sheets)

10. We love pets! Please provide any specific instructions for interacting with your pets, any precautions we should take if your pet is nervous around strangers, and their names if you are comfortable with that to help our technicians connect better with them

13. We provide all standard cleaning supplies and equipment. However, we don’t bring scented products, air fresheners, or wood floor polish by default, as these are very personal preferences. If you’d like us to use a specific scent or polish, please provide it and let us know where we can find it.
