Cleaning Checklists
📌 IMPORTANT: Our goal is to help you choose the right service level for your home. For the best results, we recommend starting with a Top-To-Bottom Deep Clean for your first visit. Maintenance Cleaning is only suitable if your home has been professionally cleaned within the last 4 weeks.
All one-time, first-time, and move-in/move-out cleanings require a Top-To-Bottom Deep Clean.
🫧 Maintenance Cleaning 🫧
Kitchen:
• Cobwebs: Removed.
• Light fixtures: Dusted.
• Blinds: Dusted.
• Moldings & woodwork: Dusted.
• Cabinet fronts: Cleaned and disinfected.
• Countertops & shelves: Dusted, wiped, and disinfected.
• Sink & backsplash: Washed.
• Small appliances: Wiped (e.g., toaster, coffee maker).
• Microwave: Cleaned inside and out.
• Appliance exteriors: Cleaned (stovetop, oven, range hood, fridge, dishwasher).
• Tables & chairs: Dusted and/or wiped.
• Doorknobs: Disinfected.
• Garbage & recycling bins: Emptied.
• Baseboards: Dusted.
• Floor: Vacuumed and washed.
Bathrooms:
• Cobwebs: Removed.
• Light fixtures: Dusted.
• Blinds: Dusted.
• Moldings & woodwork: Dusted.
• Countertops & shelves: Cleaned and disinfected.
• Items on countertops: Dusted.
• Sink: Cleaned and disinfected.
• Bathtub, shower walls, & glass doors: Cleaned and disinfected.
• Toilet: Cleaned and sanitized inside and out.
• Mirrors: Cleaned.
• Cabinet fronts: Cleaned and disinfected.
• Light switches: Wiped.
• Garbage & recycling bins: Emptied.
• Baseboards: Dusted and/or wiped.
• Floor: Vacuumed and washed.
• Essential’s special touches.
Bedrooms:
• Cobwebs: Removed.
• Light fixtures: Dusted.
• Blinds: Dusted.
• Moldings & woodwork: Dusted.
• Mirrors: Cleaned.
• All surfaces: Dusted, wiped, and disinfected.
• Light organizing.
• Garbage & recycling bins: Emptied.
• Baseboards: Dusted.
• Carpets & area rugs: Vacuumed.
• Hard surface floors: Vacuumed and damp-mopped.
• 1 set of sheets changed included (Master Bed only).
Other Living Areas:
• Cobwebs: Removed.

• Baseboards: Dusted.
• Carpets & area rugs: Vacuumed.
• Hard surface floors: Vacuumed and damp-mopped.
🫧 Deep Cleaning 🫧
(Includes everything from Maintenance Cleaning, plus extra attention to detail and build-up.)
• Ceiling fan blades: Dusted.
• Light fixtures: Dusted (in place, not removed).
• Lamps & lampshades: Dusted.
• Blinds & shutters: Deep cleaned.
• Moldings, woodwork & window sills: Hand washed or wiped.
• Pictures & knick-knacks: Hand wiped.
• Doors: Cleaned.
• Light switch plates: Wiped.
• Baseboards: Hand washed or wiped (if reachable without moving furniture).
• Furniture: Cleaned, including fronts, sides, legs, and/or vacuumed.
• Countertops & backsplashes: Washed.
• All cabinet fronts: Thoroughly cleaned.
• Stovetop: Scrubbed.
• Tub & shower tiles: Scrubbed.
• Mirrors: Cleaned all the way to the top.
• Trash bins: Emptied & sanitized.
• 1 set of sheets changed included (Master Bed only).
• Vacuum all carpet crevices (edges where dust, hair, and debris collect).
• Stairs: Vacuumed and/or mopped.
• Floors & closets: Vacuumed and/or mopped.
