100% will be working with Essential Pro Cleaning Service again. I love cleaning my house, so I’ve never hired cleaners before. However, our house was in need of a deep clean, and I just didn’t have the time. I sent in a request on their website and someone text me immediately to organize a cleaning. They asked a couple of questions to gauge how long/how many staff members would be needed and then sent over a quote. They also confirmed the day before they came via text. It was *SO* easy to organize. The day of three lovely ladies showed up to clean the house. They were polite, kind, respectful, and incredibly hard working. They deep cleaned our four floor house efficiently, well, and with great attention to detail. I have no notes - they did a perfect job. Also, a team member was coordinating with me via text before they arrived and after they left to make sure everything was good. Really great customer service. I cannot recommend this cleaning company enough. Great customer service & attention to detail. Price point was, in my opinion, low. It would have taken me a week to get the results these ladies achieved in a couple of hours so absolutely cost effective. I highly recommend Essential Pro Cleaning Service.

Excellent communication through the whole process. Received a quote over text and was able to schedule a deep clean for the following week. I also received texts the day before and when the cleaners were on their way - and they were precisely on time. Their work was meticulous and even worked around me working from home and my needy cat. Will absolutely be using them for regular cleanings. Highly suggest!

I put off hiring them because they are more expensive, initially, than average. But they really lived up to their billing in that in 1 day of 8 hours they transformed my house into something lovely and clean. High quality, professional and responsive all describe Essential Cleaners. 👌

The team at Essential Pro Cleaning cleans my two bedroom condo every four weeks. The team communicates well, I always know when to expect them, and I haven’t experienced any delays in their arrival after several months. I had so many questions about what to expect before their first visit and it was easy to communicate via email, text, and WhatsApp. All of my questions were answered thoroughly. The team is friendly and kind. The team cleans thoroughly. My only regret is not choosing Essential Pro Cleaning sooner!

Rafaela and her team do an amazing job cleaning my home. At first I was reluctant to agree to a bi-weekly cleaning because I wanted more flexibility, so I went with someone else. I wasn’t satisfied with that other person’s service after two months, so I decided to try out Rafaela’s services. I’m so glad I did! I’ve never had an issue with the cleaning and Rafaela’s communication has been great. I haven’t needed to cancel yet, but she did inform me that they are flexible when it comes to rescheduling. As for her services, her team goes above and beyond to maintain my home and it literally shines when they are finished. I also recently booked a deep cleaning for the Spring with them and I was extremely pleased. I have two small children, so having the time to clean certain things is really hard. If you’re on the fence about trying their services, don’t be! It’s worth every cent and affordable.

I was very impressed with how clean my house was! The attention to detail was excellent and communication was fantastic. I was notified beforehand that my blinds were fragile and it may break while cleaning - it was rather old so it was due for a replacement anyways. I wish I could've gotten a more accurate quote and paid almost doubled what was initially quoted. Because it was a move-in cleaning job there was more work than it seemed. I do appreciate that I was given a heads up to add more time though. Regardless of the price, I believe it was fair for 9 hours of work. I would hire Essential Pro Cleaning again. When I arrived (wasn't at home during the time of cleaning) I received a nice surprise gift at my doorstep! Thank you for the candle, it smells amazing and so excited to light it.
